The Application provides comprehensive livestock guides, breed catalogs, health schedules, and herd management tools.

We collect information to provide, maintain, and improve our livestock management features:
- Farm & Livestock Records: Goat profiles (tag numbers, names, breeds, dates of birth, weights, lineage, vaccination logs, breeding and kidding history) and farm planning calculations (feed costs, shed dimensions) are entered voluntarily. This data is stored locally on your device in an encrypted SQLite database and, if you opt to sign in, backed up to secure cloud storage.
- User Account Details (Optional): If you choose to sign in via Google Sign-In, we receive your basic public profile (name, email address, and Google user ID) exclusively to authenticate your account and sync your herd data across devices.
- Diagnostics & Technical Metrics: Anonymized technical device data (device model, operating system version, crash reports) and network indicators are collected via standard SDKs to ensure application stability and diagnostics.
2. Device Permissions Required
To deliver its core utilities, the Application requests the following permissions:
- Internet & Network Access (
INTERNET/ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE): Required to fetch breed guide updates, load advertisements, verify purchases, and synchronize herd records. - Post Notifications (
POST_NOTIFICATIONS): Required on Android 13+ to deliver scheduled vaccination alerts, deworming reminders, and breeding cycle alarms. - Run at Startup (
RECEIVE_BOOT_COMPLETED): Used to automatically restore and reschedule your active medical and vaccination reminders after device reboots. - In-App Billing (
com.android.vending.BILLING): Required to process Google Play In-App Purchases for ad-free premium upgrades. - Photo / Gallery Access: Used only when you select a photo from your gallery to attach to a goat profile. We do not access or scan any other files or media.
3. Third-Party Services
The Application interfaces with trusted third-party providers operating under their respective privacy policies:
- Google Mobile Ads (AdMob): Serves banner, interstitial, and open-app ads in compliance with Google Play advertising standards.
- Google Play In-App Billing: Manages payment processing securely. We do not collect or store credit/debit card numbers or payment credentials.
- Google Firebase (Realtime Database & Core): Powers secure cloud synchronization and database infrastructure.
- Google Sign-In: Provides one-tap authentication.
4. Data Retention and Account Deletion
Local records remain on your device until you clear app storage or uninstall the Application.
If you have linked your account and wish to permanently delete your account and all synchronized cloud records, you can submit a request directly through our Account Deletion Page or email us at mehrafoundation@outlook.com. All associated records will be permanently removed within 30 days.
5. Children's Privacy
The Application does not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13.

We implement commercially reasonable technical and organizational safeguards—including local encryption and secure Google cloud protocols—to protect your farm and personal records.
